I'd like to run registry scanning for all of our workstations in the network. The registry key I'd like to scan is under HKey_Current_User, and I fellow the documentation from http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/report-based-on-registry-keys.aspx. However it didn't scan the registry key.

Please advice.

Thanks,

The only way would be to scan all different registry paths.

For example, we have a product (PGPNeshare) installed on most of workstations, and there is a registry key stored across to HKLM, HKCU, and HKU. We want to find out what value stored on those workstations' registry.

Thanks for the reply. We are currently using 4.1. Then is there any way we can scan a particular key against whole registry?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Can you give an example of this please.

In version 4.1 it scans the "current_user" which is the account performing the scan.
In version 4.2 it will scan the user logged on to the console.
