Recently we updated the landsweeper version to the lastest version and before i was able to format the description of the a ticket using HTML on my Description field using the API. Now is giving me 404 error if i add an html tag to any parameter anybody else is having the same problem.
There is an issue in the current Lansweeper version that is causing 404 error when adding HTML tags to API calls. This behavior is already reported to our development team and a fix will be included in one of our next releases.
