Please add a Change Management feature to the next release as this is a pretty standard help desk platform feature.

We're looking for the usual features -

  • Change request creation
  • Voting/Advisory Boards
  • Multi-stage/tiered approvals
  • Management Reporting
  • Affected systems tracking


Etc.

This feature is something that should be in the roadmap.  Also, the so long waited improvements to the help desk module.

A definite need - change management in our Ticketing system is ... poor (hornbill)... The value in having changes linked directly to assets is incalculable. Copy the function from GLPI, if you need a starting point!

Adding this feature would most likely get us to add the help desk module which we currently don't use.

I would like to toss my support in for this as well.

I would pay for this added module (similar to the Help Desk needing to be purchased separate). Think of the extra revenue and market share Lansweeper!
