My network and security team have asked if there is a way for configure the agentless scanning to not use some of the standard ports. They have some blocked on the firewalls so they get a lot of errors or alerts in there security tools.

I have that. I'm asking if you can configure the scanner to not use some of these ports.

Hello,

The KB article below shows which ports Lansweeper uses to scan computers and devices. Assuming you are mainly referring to Windows devices, it is basically WMI that sends back information over random ports. The article contains a link how you can set up a fixed WMI port, and allow traffic to that port. Hopefully this helps.
