Hello all,

I've been trying to figure out how to map specific devices to specific AD groups for the help desk section of Lansweeper. Our asset list looks a little crazy to someone who isn't as savvy, and I wanted to avoid extra confusion, and possible mistakes by not showing the entire employee list our full asset list. What I did so far was just use the relational maps to connect assets to the AD groups. I.E WindowsPC1, WindowsPC2, WindowsPC3 mapped to "Used By:" and then selected "Windows Users" as the AD group. It was my understanding that with that set up, anyone in the "Windows Users" AD group could submit tickets specifically about those three machines. Provided I also have it set that users may not select unrelated assets, and set "Used By" in the immediate category as machines to be displayed. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!
