Engaged Sweeper II
Has anyone found a good way to make a mobile website with Lansweeper Helpdesk? I made a simple one with their API and javascript, but it's not perfect. It allows me to list all the open tickets and close them from my phone easily, but I was hoping someone made something better. I'm shocked Lansweeper hasn't made a more mobile website yet.

Feel free to contact me if you want a copy of the mobile site I made. enush@palos118.org

In my experience, I have often encountered staff turnover and the need for other specialists to refine the code. Therefore, it is much more reliable to cooperate on outsource node js development, so the company gets access to a powerful team of specialists who will complete the work in the best possible way. I often recommend this approach, because it has never failed in the execution of my projects.

It would indeed be nice to have. Unfortunately, app development isn't really closely related to our regular development team. Making the web interface mobile friendly will most likely be a first step.

Agreed as such a smart web app, I would have thought a mobile app would have been fairly easy to implement for LS.

Hopefully they get around to it.
