Ticket Missing From "All Ticket" list

We have a ticket missing from the "All Ticket" list, even with all filters cleared.

However if I use the Helpdesk>Go to Ticket> search and enter the ticket number, the ticket appears.

It wasn't deleted, it wasn't merged... What could be causing this anomaly???

When anomalies like this do happen, it is usually due to database field not being correct. For obvious reasons this is very hard to troubleshoot in public as it would require checking possible sensitive information.

I would recommend forwarding your information to our support team so they can take a look at the data in your database to try and find the cause.
