Hi,
How can I sort ticket type?
I see that is in alphebetic order but if i insert a Number the sort don't change.

The sort order of the ticket types for help desk users will dynamically change based on the number of tickets they have in each ticket type. When all ticket types have a similar number of tickets, the order of the configuration screens will be kept.

I need to sort the list of ticket in user dashboard "My ticket".

In this screen the type of ticket apparently don't feel the alphabetic order.
