For ticket types (departments), you can already assign a default agent... it would be nice if you could also assign a default secondary (cc) agent to any tickets created.... can we get that added as a feature??

Where can I edit the template files? What is all on the company wish lists that development is constantly pushed back and slow? What is currently the priority for the development team? How many developers are on staff?
