We recently bought a new Dell laptop which came with an install of Office 2019, but neither Lansweeper nor the LSAgent are detecting it. Could it be an error with the laptop, or has Office 2019 not yet been added to Lansweeper scanning?

I worked with Lansweeper support, they can reproduce it internally. They logged it as LAN-14968 for a future fix.

Are you able to scan the PCs via another method with smaller groups? (ex. IP address ranges, Lansweeper static/dynamic group memberships)

I got this error as well, I had to run the installer as a domain admin with higher privileges for it to work.We had a separate permissions issue around AD/SQL, I thought they might be related. But if others are getting this as well, maybe there is so...

I might be mistaken (if so, please correct me), but it's possible that one of the selected columns and/or Inner Joins are Windows-specific which would limit the results to only Windows assets. You might be able to do a Union with another Select query...
