I would love to see an option to setup reoccurring tickets for PM's. Example: Generate a new, unassigned, ticket the first Tuesday of every month at 10AM.Subject line: Backup NVR configurationsBody: Login to 192.168.2.2 and run the backup command.

Global Credentials

We've moved to using the LS Agent for scanning. Is there anyway to disable the old Global Windows Credential we had, which is no longer needed, but generating lots of alerts about denied access in our security logs.

Hi! We are on Lansweeper v. 11.1.1.3.Using the drop-down menus in the "Edit ticket" window is bugged.When I have let's say a Category sub-menu where there's listed several ticket categories then the drop-down menu extends too much so I need to scroll...
