In addition to the Approved/Unapproved/Neutral status for discovered applications, I'd like to be able to assign a custom category to applications (for example, nominate some as "Common", those used in the finance team as "Finance" etc). Then when viewing applications on a computer, include a simple filter show show all applications or only those in a particular category.
I'd mainly use this when setting up new computers for a user, to quickly identify which applications they currently use, exclude the ones I know are not relevant or already installed, identify apps someone else in the same team would have, etc.
