Hi
I am a lansweeper premium user. My issue is ,some of the computers are not updating their full details in lansweeper admin console .I am attaching the screen shot Please tell me the possible issues which is restricting systems to connect to Lansweeper admin server.All the PCs are having same kind of restrictions like Antivirus,Windows firewall etc :

Pic 1 : Digital Dashboard
Pic 2 :Computer list with and without details
Pic 3 : A test PC without details
pic 4 : A test PC with All details
pic 5 : A typical error in PCs which are not updated fully in the server
