I would like to build a report that outputs the same information as a filter applied to the Helpdesk tickets below, but I am having difficulties with the root cause categories. I have seen a couple other posts in here about getting them to appear on reports, but neither was very helpful to me. I'm a real noob when it comes to building SQL reports so bear with me.
The filter I applied in the Helpdesk shows the following fields:
Subject, State, Type, User, Agent, Changed, Root Cause Category and User Account Status
The last field there is a sub-root cause category. Any help on this is very appreciated.
