I have two issues.

Number one:
We have several Linux and Mac computers that are members of Active Directory. Lansweeper fails to detct them as macs because fo this, it just keeps trying to scan them and giving RPC errors. How do I remove them form the PC section and let it find them in the "Device " section?

Number two:
I have both th current version and the beta version running on two different servers while we test 4.0. On the 4.0 server I cannot run any actions in firefox, using the same browser I can run them from the old version. Any ideas?

No hd info in the device section, the seperate application "device tester" does show hd information.

Could you please post the results if possible.
The device tester uses a new library (not used in the service in the current beta)

The was another user with the same problem.
Is there any HD info listed for this device?
Do you see any errors in the errorlog.txt file for this device.
Please post the output of the new device tester.

Anymore progress on the having to uncheck "ignore windows" to get them to be found?

It does not have any HardDrive statistics. The scripts probably don't run on OS X properly
