This page explains how to retrieve and view the hardware and operating system lifecycle data of your assets.
Lansweeper can retrieve and display the hardware and operating system lifecycle data of your assets. Scanned properties include the general availability date of the hardware or OS, end of life (EOL) date, and end of support (EOS) date. For more information, check out Lansweeper for Asset Lifecycle Management.
Retrieve assets' lifecycle information
Ensure Asset radar is enabled. Asset radar is enabled by default, but can be disabled manually. To check if Asset radar is enabled, go to Scanning > Asset radar and check the Mode is set to Enabled for your installation.
Go to Dashboard > Lifecycle. Select to run all board reports.
View assets' lifecycle information
To view a summary of your assets' lifecycle information, go to Dashboard > Lifecycle.
To view an individual asset's lifecycle information:
Go to Inventory.
Find the asset you desire. You can use the search functionality, the preconfigured inventory views, or an advanced filter.
Select your desired asset. On the Summary page, scroll to the Lifecycle section.
