Resolved! Report on Last Seen

I need to know if it possible to create a report based on First Seen. What I am looking for is we want all desktops that are older than say 5yrs to come up in the list. I would need the same for Monitors, switches, etc.

Resolved! Shared office 365 mailbox

Hi folks,Is there a way to configure a shared mailbox for the helpdesk?The problem with those is that you don't get a password for them from Microsoft, so I have no way (that I know of) to enter the credentials for incoming and outgoing mail.
