Hello everybody.
🙂 I am pretty new to LanSweeper and do not know much about it.
Every time I try to create a new report or try to change an existing one an error occurs.
I get the following error message:
{"Error":"Internal server error: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)","StatusCode": 500}I already checked the forum and there is only one old article for version 3.5 -->
Forum example. So I think you cannot compare to my issue and I already tried it and it did not work.
But my specifications are:
- Windows Server 2K12 R2
- Lansweeper v. 8.4.20.2
- SQL Express 2016
- WebServer Microsoft-IIS/8.5
