We've enabled extended display scanning on our server, however, Lansweeper is only picking up extended info on about a quarter of our monitors. We have the latest version of LSAgent on all of our computers, and Cloud Relay is working. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions beyond this or if anyone else is seeing the same issue.

As Esben says, we've build a catalog to look up to provide the information (it was all available by scanning).
We prioritised the data gathering based on the volumes we had within the system to try and ensure we got maximum coverage.
If in your case we've only hit 25% if feels like we've not managed to do that. We are actively adding to the catalog so future release will be better and are looking to make the catalog less dependent on our release schedule for updates.
It also sounds like we need to make it clearer that when the toggle is on we report on the items we have in our catalog.
Actively speaking to the team about this.

Is that catalog public, something we can search ? Or a link to it on the monitor page information ? It would eliminate the doubt on our side, and the need to be asking support for every case that we don't have information...

If enough people have this problem, it will naturally become a task to find a solution.

That aside the goal is really to expand the catalog so that you wouldn't need to check in the first place.

Keep in mind that extended monitor scanning will only provide extra information if the device catalog has the information. A match is made based on make and model.

Meaning if we don't have extra data for your specific monitors, nothing will change (and they won't count towards your asset limit)

But support can indeed help you with checking whether it is a monitor we don't have data for or if there is an actual issue.
