Lansweeper cannot currently send real-time alerts for when assets go offline, for the reasons listed below. Rest assured that real-time alerts are on our customer wish list. We don't have an esimated release date for this feature yet however.
  • Lansweeper will not have access to Windows Event Viewer to generate an event log alert.
  • Report alerts are only generated once a day, on a fixed schedule, which does not necessarily coincide with the exact moment a machine goes offline.

It won't be a real-time email alert, but you could perhaps:
  • Create a report listing important servers. There is a built-in report "Servers: All Servers" in the Reports tab that you can base your query on.
  • Use Asset Collection Scanning, which is documented here, to rescan the servers in the report every X number of minutes.
  • Add a report to your dashboard with the Data Report widget that lists any important servers that haven't been successfully scanned in the last X number of minutes.

Honestly, Lansweeper is not a monitoring software but an IT Asset Management software. Real-Time monitoring is not a thing an ITAM software should be doing imo.
