Issue setting up help desk mail with Microsoft Graph

Hello,

I am currently changing our email configuration for the Help Desk area to Microsoft Graph but I am having issues with the outgoing mail. Incoming works well, but there is not outgoing.

The configuration details for Application (client) ID, Directory (tenant) ID and Client Secret, are the same for both Outgoing and Incoming, so I am not sure why it is failing. The permissions on the azure app are as per the instructions. If I test the details with the Mail Tester tool it all works fine, it seems to be just from within lansweeper when it fails....

Can you please assist me with resolving this?

If you are sure all settings are correct as described in the KB article, it will be better to send a mail to support@lansweeper.com. They can help you check for further error messages in the errorlog.txt.
