I have a user whose phone was factory reset for an unknown reason. Unfortunately, the authenticator app they were using wasn't backed up and they didn't store the MFA recovery keys in a safe location. Is it possible to remove MFA for a user to allow them to sign back in with their account?

Please send an email to support@lansweeper.com so we can reset MFA for this user. Please ensure that you provide the email address of the user and also provide a screenshot of the "Configuration\Your Lansweeper License" section in the Lansweeper web console.
