Engaged Sweeper
Hi,

we have deployed lansweeper in our small corporate network. We run one server and all our scanning is done via GPO-deployed LsAgent, so i don't have to bother with too much firewall rules and credentials saved inside Lansweeper.

We do face an issue with two of our servers though. The Agent is installed without issues (install-log shows Exit-Code 0) and the agents do scan the system. Scanning works (throws one error, which most machines throw here:

2021-11-22 18:00:17,822 [6] ERROR Error occurred while getting registry information for SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update
System.IO.IOException: Der angegebene Registrierungsschlüssel ist nicht vorhanden.
bei Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.Win32Error(Int32 errorCode, String str)
bei Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.GetValueKind(String name)
bei  .(ScanRegistry , RegistryKey )
bei  .(IConfigSettings , IComputerScan )

But that does not stop the agent from completing the scan, as you can see here for example:

2021-11-22 18:00:26,745 [7] DEBUG Computer scan completed.
2021-11-22 18:00:26,761 [7] DEBUG Serializing ScanResult
2021-11-22 18:00:26,776 [7] DEBUG Compressing scan file.
2021-11-22 18:00:26,792 [7] DEBUG Scan has been sent.

Unfortunately, the server never receives that data. It is hard to debug, where the problem occurs, because other Agents transmit the data just fine, the server receives said data....but in case of those two computers, there is no error log for us to find.
They can ping the server, they can access the webconsole....so it is not, that they could not send traffic at all. Is there any other log we could dig into to see, where the data gets lost?
