Pantum L2300DW Toner Level Not Scanned

We have a Pantum L2300DW printer, it prints black and white only. Lansweeper shows it as an asset, but it doesn't scan its toner level. As far as I am aware, the rest of our printers (50+) are being scanned just fine. I've checked the SNMP settings on the printer, and its set to use the "public" community for v1. I wrote a Python script to get SNMP data, and I can get the toner level from the same OID as other printers that Lansweeper has correctly found.

Lansweeper thinks it is a switch, but it won't scan the toner level after I change it to a printer and rescan.

Lansweeper is on v9.5.10.1.

Not sure what to do here, any one have any advice?
