Ever since upgrading our LS to the latest version, printers (which we exclude from scanning) are being seen as switches rather than printers.  

 

They are being scanned via SNMP, and have OIDs but they're being seen as switches, even though they correctly identify the page counts as well as model numbers.  

 

Any suggestions?

Hello there!

If you're using SNMP, you can use the OID to map it as a printer. Mapping instructions can be found here:

Thank you, I tried that, but it's not working, it still sees it as a switch.   Perhaps I'm incorrect in saying they have OIDs.  In the "summary" page it shows an OID, but nothing under "scanned OIDs"...
