I have a machine that I cannot delete using the delete button and was wanting to know if there was a way to get it out of Lansweeper using SQL. The machine is no longer in AD and was a VM that I deleted.

Strange. You could simply go into the SSMS and delete the asset on a database level with a simple delete statement and the asset ID. If there were connection issues, something might have gone wrong with the communication between the database and web console (if they are not on the same server).

I am afraid that what might have happened is that I tried to delete quite a while back when we were having latency issues and it threw an error. After we got the latency issues fixed I deleted it, well I thought I did. It says it deleted, but is still on the assets page and reports.

I had this issue the other day. I made sure I was updated to latest version then rebooted the server and was able to delete.
