I was wondering if anyone has seen this and if there is a fix for it? Looking at the tblSNMPAssetMac table, all leading zeroes are lost. The old SMC switches we had never did this. I can fix them, but with every scan they come back missing leading zeroes. An example would be our IP phones have the mac address 00:30:0C:00:20:A0, what comes up from the tblSNMPAssetMac is 30:C:0:20:A0. 30:C:0:20:A0 then shows up under the switch asset on the whatever port is connected to, breaking the link to the actual device. Anyone know why the Cisco switches are doing this?

Which version of Lansweeper are you using?

Could you scan the switch and IP phone with the devicetester and mail the output to support@lansweeper.com ? You can download the devicetester at http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe .
