Is there an easy way or is it possible to change where the placement of the "go to ticket" link in the emails that are sent out using the helpdesk feature of lansweeper? We'd really like it if the link was under the the message reponse, instead of the top. If not, that's fine, just curious. Thanks!

You can customize the URL used in Go To Ticket links under Configuration\General Settings, but there is no option at the moment to customize the position of the link.

If you are mostly interested in displaying these links in automated emails, you could disable Go To Ticket links under Configuration\General Settings and add your own preferred links to the actual contents of your outgoing email templates under Configuration\E-mail Settings. If you manually add the links to the templates, making use of the ticketid parameter for outgoing email templates, you can choose the position of the links. With Include Links To Web Interface disabled under Configuration\General Settings though, Go To Ticket links would no longer be included in manually sent emails.

WHMCS knows how to do ticket templates the RIGHT WAY. lansweeper should model their helpdesk ticket templates after them.

Agree with this. The ability to customize the tickets to users is integral to our users' experience. We'd love to be able to move the "Go To Ticket" to another part of the responses. Removing the "###Everything above this line is added to your ticket###" should be able to be done away with too.

I would really like this to be an option to customize this further. The Go To Ticket URL [tag] should be made readily available to custom templates.
