Hi Team

We need to have visibility of total assets procured v/s assets used [Active, In store (functional & can be used, functional but not in use, damaged and awaiting repair, damaged and cannot be repaired, assets lost.
A report should be available for this and should be verifiable.

also can we add the PO details for the asset procured in LS, if yes can you please share the a link or details to upload the same.

You can do this by using asset states. You can add or modify existing asset states by navigating to Configuration\Asset Pages.

A report should be available for this and should be verifiable.

You can create a report and use tblState to filter for a specific state you have. I'm not sure what you mean by it being verifiable. You can check if things like when the asset was last scanned or run the report and use the 'Ping Assets' report option to check if the asset is really offline.

You can use an asset's custom fields. you can customize an asset's custom fields by navigating to Configuration\Asset Pages. Once you have the desired asset fields you can use the 'mass edit assets' option in the assets overview to add the information or use a custom database script to do it for you.
