I'm trying to set up OT scanning by installing the Lansweeper Network Discovery Hub. However, when I install it on my Lansweeper server and try to access it, I get:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

It looks like the webpage at https://localhost:85/ might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

However, if I install Lansweeper Network Discovery Hub on my local machine, I can access it (albeit with cert errors). I've checked Powershell as well, but still no joy.

The error suggests that the existing security protocols on your web server for encrypting HTTPS traffic seem "inadequate."

The third-party tool IISCrypto can help ensure the necessary protocols are in place by configuring the cipher and protocol
settings to best practices.

You could run the tool on your web server and see if the issue is solved. Additionally, similar adjustments may be necessary for the client
computers accessing the web console.

Hi @EricT,

That worked perfectly. I set the crypto settings to recommended and I could access the discovery hub from any web browser after a server reboot.
