Engaged Sweeper II
Hello,
I Have a few Linux servers that are recognized as Windows (see picture attached - the problem is not firewall).
These computers have an AD account, but also do others, and they are scanned correctly.
How can I "force" the asset to be scanned as Linux?

They are there because they are scanned as a part of Windows AD. I'm sure you figured out this by now but were you able to find a solution?

My initial thought would be that these assets have port 135 TCP open, which for Lansweeper means it is a Windows asset.

To see what ports are open you can do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant (SNMP or SSH) credentials.
