Migration from SQL Compact to SQL Server - Empty Database

I need to migrate our database from SQL Compact to SQL Server. I used the CompactToServer tool, it seems to work fine, but when I check the Database, it comes empty.

Any ideas?

The error you mention in your post is an known issue with a very old database migration tool. Did you update before using the migration tool?
