I have many Polycom Soundpoint IP phones connected to my network but unfortunately, they don't support SNMP. Lansweeper doesn't show what switch port each phone connects to. It does know the ip address and that it is a polycom voip device. When I look at the switch ports in lansweeper, it shows the mac addresses of the phones that are connected but doesn't seem to know what phone that mac address is associated with. I'm sure when lansweeper scans those phones, it knows the mac address. How can we get lansweeper to make the connection between the phone and switch port?

Lansweeper can only get the mac address:
- If the lansweeper server is in the same subnet as the phones
or
- If the phones support snmp
