Engaged Sweeper
pretty much what it says on the tin. The thinking being a process like:

1: HR Person logs ticket for a new user
2: This ticket has an option for "Does this user require equipment bought" (Yes\No)
3a: No - nothing new happens, ticket proceeds as normal
3b: Yes - go onto other options for what and then opens separate ticket for kit

Is that possable?
