Has anyone got a solution for out of office messages reopening tickets, just need them to be closed and not to reopen.

To prevent an out of office reply coming into the helpdesk ticketing system we recommend creating a rule on mailbox-level to redirect these incoming emails to a folder that the Lansweeper helpdesk doesn't import tickets from. For example, create a rule that redirects out of office emails to a non-inbox folder. This allows our customers to choose how OOO are handled.
