Hi,

I've done a bit of searching and cant seem to locate an answer to the following.

Is it possible to run the premium features ( screenshot, Remote Control ) as another user ?

Scenario:

We are now being forced to log in as non Domain admin users, so when we launch any of the actions we get access denied.

Any Help appreciated.

You can use "runas.exe" in the custom action to force the custom actions to run under another account.

There are no switches available.
Why is is not possible to use runas.exe, this is a default windows command?

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate i cant use the runas.exe.

Is there no switch that can be amended to the command to prompt for credentials ?

Or a way to map another account specifically for use for the custom actions ?

Im guessing not, but worth a shot !
