"Every 1st Of The Month" Shedule not Working.
It has never worked on Mail reports or deployments

I've seen this issue before. You should be able to fix it by doing the following:

  • Navigate to Deployment\Schedule Deployments
  • Edit the Schedule "Every 1st Of The Month"
  • Deselect the first day, select it again and click on Ok.
These steps should ensure that the schedule works again by saving its configuration again.

The strange Thing when i tried this was, that nothing was selceted in the "Edit" menu.
I have selected the first day and saved. When i re-open, nothing is selceted again.
I will have to wait for the 1st of November to see if the Reports get triggered now.
