I am seeing an issue with scanning on some servers. The Scan Issue shows as "Issue Provider Load Failure" Has anyone else seen this issue? If so, is there an easy fix?
Hello Dlafleur, If you don't mind, can you contact Lansweeper Support for this? I believe we should check better where this error occurs exactly and on which type of devices. Our Support team will help you further with this and take necessary actions if needed.
I am unable to open a ticket through the support portal as I am unable to get to it. I click on Open Case and it just takes me back to a search screen. Any suggestions?
