Hello,
the report is showing couple of computers as "Automatic update service not running", but the service on these specific computers is running and set to start automatically.

what should i check to get rid of this error.

Scanned data will not be up-to-date unless your machines have recently and successfully been scanned. The "last seen" (= last successful scan) dates listed in the Summary tab of your computer webpages should be recent. Could you rescan your machines and see if the issue persists.
  • Click the Assets link at the top of the web console.
  • Tick the upper checkbox.
  • Hit the Rescan button on the left.
  • Wait for your scanning queue to clear under Configuration\Scanning Queue.
  • If your machines' "last seen" dates don't update, scanning errors occurred and you can see details on the errors in the computers' Errors tabs. A troubleshooting guide for scanning errors can be found here.
