I have approximately 100 computers that do not have teamviewer installed on our network. My company only has the "Premium" teamviewer license, not the "Enterprise" license, so we don't have the ability to deploy a custom MSI. We have to manually install our custom installer (get.teamviewer.com/ourcompany), which installs and auto-adds the PC to our list of machines.

Has anyone come across a way to get around having an enterprise license to batch-install Teamviewer and auto-add the machine to an account?

That's what we do currently, but a majority of the time we are doing the install remotely, so we have to have the user go and click through the prompts for us, as the installer is an admin application.

I would be glad to use PSEXEC if I could get it to batch install and auto-configure with our settings, but so far I haven't been able to find a way to do that.

Download the exe installer, and use PSEXEC to push it out.
