This would be awesome and I have thought about this as well. However, the sheer amount of space a video takes up can be great. What I have done is create a private YouTube playlist and uploaded my videos there and just linked them into my KBs. If your company does not allow YouTube, perhaps some other hosted site or facility. Even linking them on a network share might work.
