Hi all,

We tried the wake on lan and it doesn't work anymore. We're sure the network is configured as well and it works with another software:

How can we troubleshoot this (log?) and to solve this ?

Can you please test if this (unreleased) version fixes your problem: http://download.lansweeper.com/5140/LansweeperSetup.exe
The WOL requests are now sent from the Lansweeper server but there is a known bug in the current version when using multiple subnets.

I mean without use wireshark. Find somewhere in a log that "Magic packet was sent from xxx to yyy..."

No sorry, this isn't logged.

You can send us a packet trace (wireshark) on your lansweeper server from the WOL request.

Hi,
thanks for your quick reply. We already have the latest version. I'll have a look on server (VLAN) if it's working.
However, how can I debug this issue ? is there any log I can view ?
