We've been using the custom fields in our on-premise instance for years to store asset tags, and it's conveniently searchable.  So I can easily search for "011193" and see exactly what that machine is.

We just linked with the Lansweeper Cloud and it doesn't seem like those custom fields sync up - am I just missing something?  Or if not, is that something on the roadmap?

@eriqjaffe1 - we are currently working to sync Custom Fields from the On-prem environment to your Lansweeper Site (Cloud environment).  This work will be completed in the next 3 months, so I ask for just a little bit of patience.
We are also very interested in understanding what other gaps we need to close.
