Engaged Sweeper

the first installation had some problem and according to the kb i applied the newest version over the old one and have everything from the old installation scrapped.  the new installation seems to be working but at the cloud site the old installation is still showing at "configuration" -> "installation" and when i tried to unlink it, it would error out and said "couldn't start the operation".  pls advise what else can i do, thank you.

The issue should be solved. The "couldn't start the operation" error should not appear again.

This is a known issue in the current Lansweeper version, and a fix should be included in one of our subsequent releases. We recommend checking our changelog for bug ID LS-113048 when a new version is released to ensure this fix is included. 

 

You can enable the update check in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration\Your Lansweeper License to be notified of any new releases.
