Hi Lansweeper Support,

We met Lansweeper news can't connect to remote server. Lansweeper can access internet and no proxy server. Any idea for this issue? Thanks.

Current Browser: Edge 107
Current Database: SQL server: (localdb)\.\LSInstance
Current Version: Website Version: 10.2.5.0, server 10.2.5.0

The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.
The error may be caused by one of the following:
- No Internet access.
- Internet access through a proxy server.
- TLS 1.1 not enabled.

It seems that there were some issues with the Lansweeper website and the Lansweeper news feed over the weekend. We have asked our marketing team to investigate.

Hello there!

Our marketing team is still looking into getting the Lansweeper News feed operational again, but in the meanwhile, you can use this workaround:

  • Add a new RSS Reader widget to your dashboard tab
  • Replace the default URL with: https://www.lansweeper.com/feed/
  • Save your settings
  • Enjoy your Lansweeper News feed

Our marketing team was able to fix the issue yesterday evening, so after refreshing your dashboard, you should be able to see your Lansweeper News widget again.

We have not had access to the news feeds since we upgraded to 10.4.4.4, which is now probably more than 2 weeks?

Good morning, the Bad Gateway error is happening again, I noticed it a couple days ago, but figured I give it through the weekend. I also tried the lansweeper.com/feed workaround, but that had the same results
