Used to be able to log in with SSO?
If you used to log in using SSO, a connection manager most likely has disabled your domain.
You can still log in using your Lansweeper Sites credentials:
- If you already have Lansweeper Sites credentials, click on the Back button and log in with them.
- If you do not have your Lansweeper Sites credentials, you have to reset your password.
If you registered via SSO and do not yet have Lansweeper Sites credentials, you have to reset your password.
What are Lansweeper Sites credentials?
Lansweeper Sites credentials consist of an email and password you create within Lansweeper Sites, enabling access to the application.
SSO credentials, provided by your identity provider, work across multiple applications, eliminating the need to create separate credentials for each.
