We have no plans at present to bring the Helpdesk into Lansweeper Sites.

Ultimately, through customer feedback, it was decided that the best approach in Lansweeper Sites was to integrate with other solutions available in the market. You can find those integrations here:

As a side note, we have committed to continuing the maintenance of the Helpdesk alongside the On-premise product, so you can continue to utilise this if you wish.
