The Lansweeper helpdesk is currently in maintenance mode. The helpdesk will still be maintained for Lansweeper On-Prem, but it will not be ported to Lansweeper Sites (Cloud). We recommend using Lansweeper Integrations if you are running Lansweeper Sites, or you can still use the built-in helpdesk with Lansweeper on-premises when configuring Lansweeper in Hybrid mode.
