You could opt for a deployment tool of your choice, such as Intune. Alternatively, if you have Lansweeper Hybrid or Lansweeper On-Prem, you can utilize the deployment module within Lansweeper.
If you are using Lansweeper Sites and want to use "Deployments" you'd first have to convert your install to a Lansweeper Hybrid installation.
