Is It possible to maintain helpdesk (on-prem) feature on Lansweeper Sites?

The Lansweeper helpdesk is currently in maintenance mode. It will still be maintained for Lansweeper On-Prem, but we will have no built-in helpdesk for Lansweeper Sites (Cloud). We recommend using our Lansweeper Integrations if you are running only Lansweeper Sites, or you can still use the built-in helpdesk with Lansweeper on-premises when configuring Lansweeper in Hybrid mode.
